Refund Policy
This policy explains when credit purchases may be refunded and how support requests are handled.
General policy
ResumeTailor sells one-time credit bundles. Because credits unlock digital product usage immediately, refunds are generally limited to duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or cases where purchased credits were not added after successful payment.
Unused credits
Unused credits may be reviewed for refund on a case-by-case basis when requested shortly after purchase and when no material product usage has occurred.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are usually not issued for completed purchases where credits were delivered successfully and used for optimization runs, exports, or other account activity.
