ResumeTailor stores your account email, authentication state, credit balance, payment-related account metadata, uploaded resume content, job descriptions, and generated optimization history.

Why we process it

This information is used to authenticate users, deliver AI optimization features, provide downloads, maintain workspace history, and support billing operations.

Email access

ResumeTailor uses one-time email verification codes for account access. Verification emails are sent through configured delivery providers in order to authenticate your session.

Payments

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Creem. ResumeTailor stores order metadata required to add credits, reconcile paid usage, and provide support.

Retention and support

If you need billing, data, or account help, contact sunedgjiajia@proton.me. Product operators may retain operational records as needed for fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, and support.
